You don’t need to sign up separately. A Members Area account is automatically created when you:
• Place an order for a service or product
• Book a service with Working Parents Solutions LLC
Once your account is created, you can:
• Track your orders, purchases, and service agreements
• Access invoices and billing information
• Contact your dedicated account manager
• Access courses, plans, and resources linked to your account
• Manage subscription details and update your personal information
You will receive login credentials via email when your account is created.
Our Referral Program rewards you for helping us grow! Here’s how it works:
• Sign Up: Complete the referral program form on our website to become a referrer.
• Submit Referrals: Share Working Parents Solutions LLC with friends, family, or colleagues who may benefit from our services.
• Approval: All referrals are verified before they count toward rewards.
• Rewards & Payouts: Approved referrals earn rewards, which are issued on the 30th of each month. Rewards are non-transferable and may vary.

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
• Refunds are available only if the service has not yet been delivered or started, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
• Certain digital products, courses, or subscription services may be non-refundable once access has been granted.
Requesting a Refund:
• Submit refund requests in writing via email to [your support email] within 14 days of the purchase date. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
Processing Refunds:
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Working Parents Solutions LLC reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy requirements.
Partial Refunds & Exceptions:
• Partial refunds may be granted at the company’s discretion if part of the service has been delivered.
• Promotional items, discounts, or packages may be subject to different rules.

Must have high-speed internet
Must have a dedicated phone line to service
Must have a dedicated computer/laptop with Windows 7 operating systems or higher no Macs(Apple products)
Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week
